Transcend implemented the architect’s design and vision in converting this Park Slope townhouse into an exquisite one family home. The building was built and laid out as a three family. Transcend gutted the interior to the bare brick common walls and then built the new home.

This Windsor Terrace townhouse was completely renovated inside and out including a one story extension.There is a custom chef kitchen, custom stairs, central air conditioning, radiant heating. The exterior is finished with a concrete paver patio and field turf synthetic grass. Note the outdoor kitchen and the pizza oven for superb outdoor cuisine.

Architect designed, Transcend executed three story extension with custom cabinetry, soapstone counters, central air conditioning, radiant heating and a steel deck with spiral stairs. Fire places were removed and the main beam in the cellar was replaced to make room for and support the beautiful kitchen.

Transcend’s structural skills combined with its fine finishing skills are fully illustrated in this project. The new staircase was built to the client’s aesthetic vision while ensuring that the structural integrity of the building was maintained.

Reclaimed wood was used to replace the joists and hardwood flooring, to construct the stairs and counter tops and for the exterior decking. Split HVAC, radiant heating and new electrical and roofing complete this total renovation.
